Since the age of 14, Sherlock has struggled with an undiagnosed (and untreated) eating disorder. He has good periods and bad periods, but most of the time he manages. After a year of living together, John figures out the reason behind Sherlock’s strange eating habits and both of them struggle to understand and deal with this complicated relationship with food when it slowly starts to spiral out of control.

Notes:

These fics deal with the issue of seeing a loved one suffer from an eating disorder, not the eating disorder itself. I don’t want to tell you which goggles to use when you read this. I wrote it as non-slash and I think that brings something to the story, but I've been told it works all right as established Sherlock/John if that's what you like.
