However, after receiving a mysterious letter, Harry can finally see himself escaping the torment and abuse he suffers at the hands of his so-called family. He has been presented with the chance to alter the course of his life and change his situation for the better. With the help of his new friends, Harry learns to navigate the new and exciting world that he has been thrust into. He is worth more than he knows and stronger than he believes himself to be. And, as the year passes, he will grow and change, ultimately coming to the realization that he is loved, and that he should never be ashamed of who he is.

Summary
Harry is going into his second year at Hogwarts with an entirely new mindset. He is finally free from the Dursley's abuse, and he couldn't be happier with how everything has turned out. After spending the summer with his best friend, he is now on his way back to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry to continue his magical education. It doesn't matter what's to come, because right now, everything in Harry's life is perfect, and he is ready to navigate through the trials this year may bring with his friends by his side.
