Naruto and Sai finally make a visit to their very busy teammate and ask her how everything went down less than two weeks ago. And then the rice planting festival of Konoha was soon approaching, and Sakura's ploy worsens when now they have to really play the part. It was so hard to just come up with the lie when her feelings helped cement it and now to break bits of her heart to play pretend? Unbearable.
At least the dogs were cute.

Ino drills into Sakura about the whole Suna incident and managed to get some of the juicy details about her new engagement. Sasuke returns with a package for Sakura but finds her mother instead. Sakura finally finds the time to make dog treats for the Hatake ninken. And the Fire Country Daimyo tries to set up both Kakashi and Sakura.Or, the one where Sasuke drops his kid off - permanently. Sakura confesses to a dog. Sarada sleeps a whole lot. Kakashi is cheeky. And the Daimyo is not to be trusted and thus brings out the possessive side of Sakura.

Sakura and Kakashi finish their diplomatic endeavor at the Fire Daimyo's palace with some major mix-ups. Now that they have accepted the other's feelings and consider themselves to be in a proper relationship, they begin discussing the future. Kakashi isn't sure whether to choose the Hokage residence over the old Hatake land until Sakura mentions a dream she had during their stay at the Daimyo's palace on the run back to Konoha.
The final part that includes the strange offspring of the Fire Daimyo, Pakkun is sent on a mission (only for Sakura to fully eliminate one option), and Sakura and Kakashi BOTH dream of possible future children.

They had sent her catapulting through time with an experimental seal that the Yondaime had crafted, untested (naturally); of course, she was going to be pissed as hell. The seal-based space-time teleportation obviously caused her to be so disoriented, she likened it to the chakra sickness when she expelled too much too fast. So, it really came as no surprise the first person she happened upon was the heir apparent of the Uchiha clan.
Or the fact that she decked him on sight.
And he was thrown several meters against a tree which ultimately disintegrated under the force of her punch.
Or that he fell in love. Almost instantly.
Actually, it took a few more years for him to really accept it but the heir of the Uchiha clan did eventually fall in love with the pink haired fairy that apparated out of kami knows where.
