As much as She hated to admit it to herself, Aria had a soft spot for Shepard. She had been more than helpful, between the Patriarch and settling the dispute between all the rival gangs by removing the turian who now stood in her bar.

The AI should have been unnerving, with it’s accuracy but at this point she was more than glad for his scanning abilities. When EDI had warned her about the weather advisory, she had just scoffed. Now with rain droplets clouding the visor of her helmet, ankle deep mud sucking at her boots and torrential lighting storms that blocked communications she was reconsidering her bravado. Never again was she going to question EDI.
“Lead the way Legion. I can’t see shit out here.”
At least the rain was warm.

He could feel the way his breath was caught in his throat, hands stilled in the practiced motion of wiping gun oil from the shining metal. Then Kelly gave his arm the gentlest of squeeze and Zaeed swallowed down the needy, wanting sound in his throat.

That only amplified her beauty now, Thane thought, brushing away a few of the stay locks that had fallen out of the tie she used to keep her hair back as she stood nude in her cabin. Thane kissed the back of her neck, delighting in the way she seemed to soften further under his touch. He ran one hand down the length of her arm and smiled. It had only taken her a week before she started locking her collar around her wrist, wearing the soft leather at all times.
“I will need this Siha.” Fused fingers played over the delicate buckle and he could hear the way her blood rushed as he unwound it from her wrist and fastened the collar in place around her throat.

It was often hard to tell when the AI was joking but he could almost hear the teasing tone that rang out from the speakers. She had a point, even if she was making an attempt at teasing him. Normally he did have a nightly ritual but with all the stress of the recent Collector attacks he hadn't really had the drive to engage in it.

She was nearly certain that he winked behind his sunglasses and Piper felt her knees get a little weak. Now she was going to have to cause a little trouble.
