“Nott,” the Quidditch captain hissed, her address so viperous Theo wondered if the witch wouldn’t have made a formidable Slytherin. He flashed her a crooked grin in return, hoping that his smile reached one of the three blurred heads she was currently sporting. He hiccupped and then toppled, his grip on gravity as loose as his sense of self-preservation.
“What are you doing?” she almost growled, voice low and soft as she crouched and pulled him back into a sitting position. Theo gestured clumsily to the near-empty bottle.
“Drinking,” he slurred. “Care to join, Gingersnaps?”
