The Port Mafia dictated their lives. They’re simply tools to be used at Mori’s disposal. Besides, it wasn’t as though things would change between them through their bonding. So, who were they to defy their boss's orders?
(It took Dazai defecting from the Port Mafia to realize that they had something more than just a forced bond.)

“F-fuck, damn it, Dazai, what’s up with you today?!” Chuuya gasps, pushing the brunette’s face away from where he’s nosing at his neck. The alpha growls, a deep rumble in his throat.
“You smell good, can you really blame me?” He grumbles, a borderline whine. Chuuya scoffs, trying to push down his growing embarrassment. Shameless bastard.

Shuuji blinks up at Akutagawa, before giggling. Atsushi nearly falls on his ass. Akutagawa gives the child a glare that becomes increasingly less cross.
“You. You are a menace.”

Leave it to Dazai (and to a lesser extent, Chuuya) to shove their child-caring responsibilities into their co-workers’ hands.
Though, it’s not like anyone can really be angry with them, because baby Shuuji is both the most adorable and most frightening child they’ve ever had the pleasure (displeasure?) of getting to know.
