Description:

Jacket, a name feared across both the Underworld and Law Enforcement departments. Known for his ruthlessness and complete lack of speaking, he murders those he's set his sights towards his brutal efficency, all behind the cold, black goggles of his rooster mask.

But before he was Jacket, he was Midoriya Izuku, a kid who had just a bit too much wrong with life to avoid the consequences of untreated head injuries and constant torment.
