Summary
“Oh boy, coach doesn’t look too happy.” Jongho turned his head towards one of his shorter teammates, Wooyoung. The boy had a nasty bruise on his cheek from when he took a shoulder to the face from their previous sevens tournament.
Rugby was definitely a sport where injury was the reward, but only if you played it wrong, or, in Wooyoung’s case, tried aggressively tackling the players who were twice your size.
Jongho loved the sport though. It was his favorite! Plus, it was a good way for him to relieve stress and take out his frustrations without getting in trouble (unless he got a yellow card for something he shouldn’t have done.)

Summary
“Word of advice,” Wooyoung began, sweeping his left hand through his dark hair before meeting Jongho’s gaze, “Don’t ever live with a coworker. Let alone a coworker who you would do anything for because you have the hots for them,” he finished in a harsh whisper.
Jongho snickered and stood up. “Lucky for me, I don’t plan to.”
“You’re telling me you don’t think your coworkers are cute?”
“I’m not into cute people,” Jongho deadpanned, air quoting the word “cute.”

Just as he was about to tell them that he was going to head home, light flashed through the lobby with a loud boom sounding almost immediately after.
The bell chimed at the front door to announce a visitor. When Jongho turned to look, he saw a man rushing inside, soaking wet, with soft pink hair that perfectly matched his sweater. He watched the man try to catch his breath as water droplets fell off of him and onto the floor. Then he noticed the tiny kitten curled up with its face pressed into the crook of the man's elbow.

Summary
Hongjoong was never one to make lists of things that he never expected to happen to him, but he couldn’t help but think about how none of this was expected in the slightest.
An apparently magic hourglass.
Getting knocked out by blue, sparkly sand.
Waking up just before falling face-first onto a wooden floor.
A black cat hissing at him-
Okay, that one was a little more expected than the other things, but it was still strange.
...........
“Hi, I’m Wooyoung,” the man who was previously...a cat...started, grin revealing sharper-than-normal teeth and cat-like eyes narrowing in amusement, “And boy oh boy do we have a lot to talk about.”

Summary
He rounded the corner still wielding his bat and got a good look at the human who was sitting on the floor and leaning against the shelves with a pained expression on his face.
The man, who didn’t seem much older than Jongho himself, had a curved nose, sun-kissed skin, and a distinguishable mole just under his left eye. His lips were chapped and his raven hair obviously hadn’t been washed recently – it wasn’t like Jongho’s was either, but still.
“You just-” the man’s higher, slightly scratchy voice seemed to catch in his throat, “You just gonna stand there…menacingly?”
Jongho couldn’t help the look of absolute confusion that dawned on his face at the man’s word choice and playful personality. He wasn’t sure if the man was trying to catch him off guard to attack him when he was more unaware or just acted like that normally, but Jongho couldn’t trust anyone anymore.
