Summary
After having been caught stealing and the following prosecution by the highly discriminatory Magic Council, Izuku Midoriya is faced with the death penalty. Not just that, but in the town where he was caught, the land of Kamino, they have a particularly harsh way of going about their executions. All criminals on death row must face death by Dragon, the most ferocious predator known to man.
As Izuku tries to prepare for his final moments, an ancient beast, who's very name brings chaos and destruction, rumbles from it's slumber.

Summary
Ten year old Izuku is afraid, because even after ten years he had still not shown any signs of a blessing. The townsfolk are getting ever the crueler and after the ceremony, if he still has not been blessed, they plan to exile him.
What the villagers don't know is that they might get what they want, but what they loose in the process was worth far more then they knew.
Oh well, a certain someone is definitely happy to profit from those fools blindness, and even more happy to gain something else from it.
