“Hunter,” he perched on the arm of the couch, his hands on his leg, “What did you think I was talking about?”
Hunter's titan damned face betrayed him, he felt the blood rush to his face and knew he was going red. He looked away, leaning as far from Darius as possible. “I don’t know,” he mumbled.
“That's-” Darius was hesitant to call Hunter out, he bit his lip. Then, Darius sighed, “Hunter? What did Belos do to- what did you say- reward you?”

Summary
Hunter wondered how he ever got to be so smooth and cocky as the Golden Guard. Willow made him feel like he was learning a new language. “This is nice,” He said. It sounded stupid, but he didn’t know how else to put it. How else to tell her that being in her company was just that: nice.
Willow ran a hand through his hair, she was still giving him that look. That one full of admiration. “This is nice,” She repeated.
Willow shifted to be closer to him, resting a hand back on his cheek. She leaned in to kiss him again, unfortunately the position she found herself in was awkward. To keep herself from falling over, she placed her free hand on Hunter's upper thigh for stability.
And what a stupid trigger that was.
