Summary
It was exactly what he wanted, turning the world’s volume down to something bearable, no matter how temporary.
They’d just have to do this again sometime soon.

Summary
“Alright to keep goin’?”
“Please,” it’s the first thing he’s said clearly in a while. It was all just new, but in a delicious way that overwhelmed him with desire that could easily be mistaken for the hunger of a starved beast.

Summary
He tells himself no one could see the man in such a rare, vulnerable state and not feel affected.
Okay, maybe scratch that. Anyone with a self-preservation instinct would know this is far from a good idea, and he never really had that.

Yet now?
Frustration.
He had some guilty anticipation that he’d get roughed up in situations like these. The perfect time for Ghost to handle him with anything but care.
And yet.

Summary
"Well," he starts, his form of a surprised greeting. Ghost -- Simon -- blinks blearily up at him, offering no verbal response. He looked as exhausted as he felt, and so temptingly comfortable. Like a big pillow that Soap just wanted to smother until the world stopped spinning around them for just a second.
"Well?" Simon parrots after too long of a pause.

Summary
"Should put a muzzle on ye," he grits out, forearm pressing Simon's head down from where he had been nipping at him a little too hard, again.
"Like a dog?" Simon asks, panting slightly. Controlling his breath to seem like he wasn't winded at all from their scuffle.
"Aye, a bad one."

Summary
“I take it you found him?”
Ghost gasps softly, turning his head to face toward the staircase again. He feels more heat in his face as he sees Price standing on the landing of the stairs, having a clear sight of what is happening.
“How long have you been there?” He asks instead, his voice slightly slurred, much to his chagrin.
“Long enough.”

Summary
"you're in heat, lt?" he asks, voice a whisper that sounds too loud for the already quiet room.
it's then that ghost turns to meet his eyes, glaring. "not so loud," he grunts out in lieu of an answer. "you are too." it's not a question. but soap nods anyway, a stupid, dopey grin splitting open his face.

and christ, he had spent maybe 10 minutes shuffling around on the bed, following johnny's verbal commands. completely nude, he felt more than a bit awkward.
but the feeling went away around the umpteenth time he heard soap mutter a "little to the left—no, my left," from where he stood behind the small easel he had set up in the bedroom.

he realizes he's absolutely making things worse. reeking of fear, tensing at every small touch. he presses his forehead into the crate, forcing himself to take another deep breath.
gets rewarded for it with fingers pushing further up his neck, combing through the sweaty locks of hair that he had been meaning to cut for ages.
"can i turn around?" he asks after a moment, his voice coming out as barely more than a whisper.

Summary
ghost doesn't say anything. merely holds his gaze, his burning, hazel eyes steady as he brings the joint back up to his lips to take a deep drag in.
"i think sanderson is a bad influence," mactavish grumbles. bites back the shiver that threatens to shoot up his spine as he watches a slow, lazy grin pull at riley's face.

Summary
soap barks out a noise that could almost be a laugh. he feels like a dog with a bone, teeth clamped on and thrumming with energy. "ye put yer dick up mine!" he cries out, amusement laced in his tone.
"that's- different-- quit fuckin' laughin', soap!"
"no, no, how is it different?"

Summary
it wasn't often simon found himself here.
there was just no time for these kinds of indulgences. he spent most months of the year deployed, and even when he was granted a break between flights it was hard to settle into a headspace remotely anywhere near he needed to be for this to work.
he didn't even think he was there now. if it were up to him, he'd be wallowing in his bed right now. his body alert and active but his mind drained and exhausted. it was like it physically manifested itself into a ball of tension at the base of his skull, pressure lodged just above his top vertebrae. further down, his lungs felt tight, like weight had wedged itself between them and forced them to cramp against his ribcage.
