Past Storyline - A Chapter of Accidents
It is the final year at Hogwarts University of Expressive Arts. The Black brothers haven't spoken for three years despite constantly being forced into classes together. They are both too stubborn to fix it until James Potter is paired with Regulus on an assignment and promptly falls in love.

 

Present Storyline - Black Mood & Blue Funk
It has been 5 years since university. The Marauders are wildly famous, and Regulus is in Vienna for an apprenticeship. James misses Regulus, who absolutely DOES NOT under any circumstance miss him back, no sir. Shit hits the fan and Regulus comes back to London, becoming a newly famous musician and once again facing his brother and their fucked up relationship.

Notes:

Star Crossed, Crushed and Trampled works in two timelines which I personally think is the best way for the story to be told but for the sake of giving readers more options, I've also made separate fics for the timelines individually.

There won't be any difference between the original fic and the others. I will also update all three at the same time since I'll write SCC+T as usual and then literally paste the separate stories respectively.

Additionally, there is now the option of reading the past timeline as a fic in itself and reading the present one as a sequel OR reading the present timeline as it is and reading the past timeline as a prequel.

However you choose to read, I hope you enjoy and I welcome feedback any time. (Just pls be nice cos this is my first ever fic like I didn't even write back in my preteen wattpad phase so...)
