Becca is no doctor, she can't diagnose Ridley, but she knows with whatever he has going on, he should not be taking acid. Monsters, he told her, there were monsters coming. He was up until three a.m. violently oscilating between calm and discord. He sobbed and hyperventilated and screamed. He smiled and laughed and danced. It was exhausting and terrifying, but Becca did the best she could.
