Summary
Tommy decides to escape exile after building the pillar, he jumps into the ocean with the goal of a safe landing before running off to Techno's base, but unfortunately the Ocean Queen was practicing a new spell at the same time. Tommy is transported to this seemingly new world with people he's never met and with no way home.
TLDR: Lizzie accidentally teleports Tommy to Empires SMP and needs to deal with the consequences.

Summary
Tommy is swept away by the ocean during Doomsday and during his journey back to the Dream SMP he is forced to make a choice. Go back to the life he knew or make a new life for himself where he can keep his new child safe. He doesn't want to leave his friends in the dust, doesn't want to abandon them, but he can't trust that this child will remain safe in that environment, and he can't just abandon her. So he makes the choice to stay away, maybe picking up even more kids along the way.
