Summary
Theoretically, if you lined them all up next to each other, there’s probably a long list of heroes and their mentees who Red Robin’s done a solid over the years. But, like… he’s honestly Just A Guy? Just a guy, doin’ his best.
Right now, he’s a guy doing his best to help create a first-of-its-kind computer system, one powerful enough to support the computing power of an android mind and do everything the Batcave and the Clocktower can do, but on a global scale instead of a Gotham one, for the Justice League instead of the Bats and Birds.
Tim’s busy right now, is the point. There is approximately no portion of his brain currently dedicated to considering who in the JL might have reason to view him in a favorable light. Quite the contrary, actually. He’s been known to be a bit abrasive, and he knows he has a reputation for being a conniving little shit.
So he’s not surprised or annoyed when someone comes to pull him out of his work – he also wouldn’t trust him to be this deep in the programming of something this important. Mostly he’s just surprised it took them so long to send someone to get him out.

Summary
The Justice League did technically name their central computer room after all the Robins. And Tim does still have work he needs to do to finish integrating Red Tornado into the Watchtower's systems. And Tim does have a team uniquely-suited to keeping watch during friendly infiltration missions. And Diana did say that the name of The Robin's Nest would be permanent, no matter what, as long as Tim signed off on it. Which he had.
(Was Diana thinking about the potential risk to Justice League property when she made that reassurance? Probably not. But then again, she shouldn't've made that promise without doing her research. If she had, she would have discovered Tim's chaotic streak and rules-lawyering nature. So, either she had done her research and they had her full support, or else she hadn't and the Justice League was going to learn a very valuable lesson about the importance of proper research and binding contracts. A no-lose scenario for the Robins of the world.)
