Summary
When the Azen Empire invaded, ten thousand hearts united as one.
It wasn’t enough.
Warlords broke oaths. Provinces turned against the government. Allies abandoned them. Sishia fell, betrayed.
For a time, there was peace. The Empire’s reorganized collaborator governments promised prosperity while raising a generation to fear and thank their conquerors. But promises could not erase the memories of invasion, the partitioned provinces, or the lost millions of compatriots.
Many refused this false prosperity and simmering rage grew.
Rumors spread. Bandits and pirates became more organized. Veterans reunited. Exiles returned. Volunteers spread pamphlets and held secret meetings. The promise of liberation spread across Sishia.
Planes in the sky and ships in space did not matter. What mattered was freeing their broken home, reuniting scattered families, and restoring independence.
Sishia will be whole. Sishia will be free. Sishia will be born anew.

Summary
After the bloody strike on the maternity hospital, Sarah Zhou and her small team must keep their heads down and hide while waiting for further instructions. They must survive in the shadow of collaborator rule.
In the partitioned provinces of Sishia Prime, the Azen Empire offers "gifts" of prosperity while quietly erasing a union of cultures that just wanted to be independent after they fled Earth and chose to make their own path free of the UCR.
As old wounds fester and new resistance begins to stir, the United Liberation Forces of Sishia take their first painful steps toward something greater and far more dangerous.
