Description:

Pandora is a woman who wakes up in the wrong place with the wrong history and a body that remembers more than her mind will admit. She has a name, and yet it does not always feel like hers. What she does have, from the beginning, is instinct: how to survive, how to read people, how to make something broken hold together for one more day.

Her story is told across multiple stories, but it is really one journey moving in parallel. Each thread shows a different angle of the same becoming: she drifts into lives already in motion, leaves fingerprints without meaning to, and slowly begins to recognize the shape of herself through the choices she keeps making. The more she regains, the less her “missing” is only about memory. It becomes about identity, belonging, and what parts of her were always there, waiting to be named.

Notes:

Across the stories, Pandora’s essential arc is simple and dangerous: an amnesiac wanderer becomes a caretaker; a caretaker becomes an anchor. She keeps arriving in places that are strained or failing, and each time she does the same brave thing. She attaches anyway. She builds anyway. She loves anyway. And in choosing that, over and over, she becomes the kind of person who doesn’t just survive a world’s trouble, but alters what that trouble can take.
