Summary
Jason's gaze lands on a pile of videotapes on the shelf closest to the computer. They’re dusty, stacked so only the side panels are visible, with wobbly red drawings on the white labels. His breath hitches when he realizes what they are. The dead eye of a camera lens obstructs his vision and he’s back in that warehouse, trying to focus on the blinking red light instead of Joker’s crowbar and pliers and cruel hands.
Jason is back in the Batcave for the first time after his resurrection, and he comes across something he shouldn't.

Summary
As he carries Jason down the alley, Tim doesn’t think about the dead weight straining the muscles on his arms until they burn with the effort, or the pulsating pain in his abdomen, or the looming paranoia that Deathstroke is close behind with two bullets reserved for their heads. The only thing on his mind is how much trouble he’s going to be in for disobeying Dick’s orders for the third time in 48 hours.
When Jason finds himself in trouble after a mission gone wrong, Tim is there to pick up the pieces.

Blurred lights look like stars amidst his confusion. A constant ringing, a buzz that quiets down before getting impossibly loud. He feels hands on him, the pricking of needles, a cold that renders his body a shivering mass of skin and bones. A dull ache on his ribs, a crowbar against his bare skin, ripping him open until his insides spill out of him.
Despite the last mission's failure, Jason is determined to find the Joker.

Summary
Tim makes his way towards the Batcomputer, and Jason, swallowing any remnants of his pride, trails behind him. Tim pays no mind to him as he opens the Scarecrow case file and starts typing away. Loud clanking sounds fill the room with every key pressed, and Jason is left wondering if he should still make an effort.
“Timmy. Come on. I’m trying to make amends here.”
Tim jerks his head towards him with sharp eyes and furrowed brows before quickly turning back to the files on the screen. He keeps typing, adding in to his report, adding nothing to their already one-sided conversation.Despite being on good terms with the Bats, Jason still insists on doing things on his own, much to Tim's discontent.
