Summary
Despite Diluc’s distaste for wine, he pours himself one that will go untouched until Kaeya takes it. “It’s been three years, Kaeya. What brings you to the station now?"
“You won’t like the answer, so I’m going to say that it’s work.”
Diluc arches a brow. “What is the answer that I won’t like?” Because work, while practical, doesn’t usually have Kaeya docking after midnight, least of all alone. Jean would be here at the bar, too, knocking one back.
“That I missed you.”
