Summary
Yuzu drowns in these thoughts all day, and all night, she thinks, because those words are printed across her eyelids before she even opens them, it feels like. They are always there. The last Kurosaki. The words haunt her. She is always there, and now she’s the only one here, the only Kurosaki, the last Kurosaki, and she can’t stop thinking about it.
One by one, the Kurosakis leave behind their lives in the human realm. Yuzu is the last one to cross over.

Summary
As a team, the Visored return to the Soul Society and start patching the holes in their former departments, but fitting in and forgiving the situation doesn't come easily as to Hiyori as it does the rest of them. A new challenge from Shinji leads to a surprising amount of job satisfaction and even more trouble for her.
“Are you saying, when Shinji assigned me a new recruit, you thought I would just pound them into the dirt?”
Lifting one shoulder, Hinamori says, “Depending on the recruit. Worst case scenario, they came to you with a very high sense of entitlement, and you did your best to rip it out of them. Though I was also worried you would get someone too timid, who would wilt under you anytime you so much as looked their way.”
Hinamori pauses to tap one finger against her chin, gazing thoughtfully at the space above Hiyori’s head. “Wow, Kurosaki really does seem to be a surprisingly good fit.”
