When they finally step foot on the island Owen expects the roar to quiet down a bit, to be sated. Instead it grows louder and Owen knows that he, he glances at Claire, they, are back home. Back to a nightmare, back to the one place in the world that they fit in anymore, like a bizarre puzzle piece that had changed somewhere in the time the box was being emptied.
