He rolled his eyes but opened the door. “What?” He barked, not caring about the harshness of his tone.
Bob stood aside to reveal Daisy, one arm around Chloe as if she was helping her to stand. “What’s goin’ on?” He asked them both, though he already had his suspicions.
“We were on a walk and then,” She looked down at herself. He looked down at her too and realised that her trousers were soaked. Her water must have broken, he thought. “I think I’m in labour.” Chloe then said.
