Day doesn't remember who he once was. In fact, he's not even certain his name is Day. Once he figures his past out though, he's leaving to go back. For the time being he'll spend his day living as nothing more than a servant to Andrew 'Razor' Desoto and his two adopted sons, Baxter and Dominic. They like to make Day's life way more difficult than it has to be. Day would even say that they love to do that.
June was born a princess. She has always known that the day will come when she will marry someone. Only issue: she wants someone who can understand her. And that list is currently at 0. It's not that she doesn't want to marry, but there is pretty much no hope of actually finding someone who just gets her. So when she gets the news that she is expected to find a suitor before her 16th birthday, she is very upset.
But something changes once their paths cross. Day has now found a new dream. And June has just found the first person that just seems to truly get her. However, outside forces try to keep them apart. And will June be able to understand Day's lack of past? Or his need to find it? Only time will tell.

Today is my release day, my Brain surgery was a success. And thankfully I was only out for two week. I was in a coma for one week and awake for the second. They used some new technology from Antarctica that sped up the recovery. Which I’m grateful for. My mom, John, Tess, and Eden come piling in. A few doctors come behind them. The doctor’s discuss the pills I need and surgery after care.
I’m not sure what surgery after care entails…(Or Day’s mom and John don’t die in the first book. Rebel doesn’t happened and Day doesn’t lose his memory after the brain surgery. The story takes place right after Day’s surgery)
