The sea is a lonely place. Unflinching, unchanging, unwilling to let go. She craves control, desires power. She has no time for those who walk the land, only needing them when they stumble into her waves. Then, she'll pounce.
Nya remembered the day she drowned. Every day since, she cursed herself for not plunging into the depths of the sea with her family, for begging the ocean for an out, not caring about the cost. She especially cursed herself when, years later, a man made his way across her stretch of the sea. A man she couldn't bring herself to sing to his death.

Random au i thought of bc i was bored.
The au is a ninjago au put where sora and Lloyd become sources dragons or something close to it (basically where they become dragons) but Airn doesn’t know bc he was still with lord ras etc but when airn comes back he is confused of why isn’t there sora and Lloyd and then rest there but then the rest tell him bla bla idk is just basically where sora and Lloyd have to sacrifice there self and some of my head canons idkkk

Summary
For the first time ever, Lloyd isn’t turning his head left and right to scope for danger, or pulling Brad back and saying “get behind me!” Or any of the other annoyingly heroic traits ninja have. He simply smiles and squeezes Brad’s hand tighter, a silent reassurance he’s happy and perfectly alright.
Lloyd and Brad go on their first perfectly normal date. Post-Seabound, where Nya is still gone.

Meanwhile, Jay’s first Job in the Administration throws him into a mission: track down someone who merged with the ocean without a permit. But when he finds her, the mission suddenly feels less like duty—and more like déjà vu.
