    Summary

This work started out because I have a real love-hate relationship with the Love Never Dies musical. I love the music, but I don't like what has happened/what happens to all the characters. I thought it would be fun to give the musical a thorough makeover. I have a complete rewrite of the lyrics and story for a musical format, but because writing it in story form allowed me to delve deeper into the psyches of the characters, I decided to also develop a written version and post that online.
I hope that all the Love Never Dies fans and haters out there may enjoy this new take on the story as much as I enjoyed writing it. Perhaps the paint can dry one day.

7 years after the events of PotO, Meg Giry decides to give fate a nudge and bring old friends and enemies back together in London. However, everyone has secrets, and everyone is plagued by their demons. Will love conquer old fears and the thirst for revenge?

    Summary

TL; DR: What if someone gave Christine Daaé a knife instead of singing lessons and told her she was her own means of production

    ------

Paris, 1890: In the soot covered streets of the French Empire, Christine Daaé is a factory girl with nothing left to lose, sold to a brothel, orphaned, desperate to be rid of the burden that is her life. In the quiet shadows of the Paris catacombs, Erik is leading a rebellion that is slowly falling apart with nothing to give them hope, clinging to recruits from brothels and work houses, starved, desperate to destroy the people that keep them on their knees. When fate brings the two of them together, when Christine Daaé is handed nothing but a rifle and a fever dream, when Erik takes on the scrawny brothel girl as his protégée, the path of their stories might change, but only if they are brave enough to face their tangled emotions first.

This is basically a clashing of my two special interest, Phantom of the Opera and communism. So let's get in losers, we are seizing the means of production, opera-style!

    Serephina Wynn wanted to disappear.

Instead, she finds a mirror that breathes back and a voice that knows her body as well as her grief. He watches from within the glass, speaks her name like a promise, calls her my angel. As desire coils tighter with each whispered command, Serephina is drawn toward a presence that offers devotion, control, and something dangerously close to worship.

    The Phantom has been waiting.

And he wants her to come to him.

    Summary

At Masquerade, patrons are free to explore their deepest, most depraved sexual desires. The only real rules are these: (1) consent is a must; (2) safewords are required; and (3) complete and utter anonymity.

It starts with a game. Two people, exploring their taboo fantasies under the guise of anonymity. A way to get it out of their systems, so to speak. But it only makes them want more, and eventually, it becomes less of a game. The only question is, how far will they end up going?

This story has hidden cameras, sexy videos, a fake fiancé, a secret sex club with a James Bond-esque entrance and its very own app, a couple of uppity French aristocrats, a discussion of the horrors that are camping and getting back to nature, and way too many references to cars considering it’s set mostly in Manhattan. References to Y2K fashion and slang abound. You have been warned!

Also? A serial killer who just happens to be Erik’s father may or may not be getting out of the psychiatric institution where he’s been for the last twenty years. So Erik has a lot going on, and he’s not going to be dealing with any of it in a particularly healthy manner.

The Phantom can be referred to with the historically accurate pronoun "Thon/Thons" because phantom is a fancy way to say "Ghost." The male-coded name "Erik " isn't used in the Andrew Lloyd Webber universe.

    Summary

Words were left unsaid in the cellars of the Opéra Populaire. Christine Daaé rowed away with her childhood sweetheart, while the Phantom was left alone once more. Neither of them would ever live with themselves without seeing each other again, and so as the Opera Ghost continued endlessly composing after escaping death, the Swedish Songbird decided to go and try to find him. A bit of time —and music— will allow them a second chance at choosing a life together, which might come with more hardships yet.

This work, inspired by The Phantom of the Opera, Love Never Dies, and a few historical events, explores the possibility of Erik and Christine building a life together. They will find themselves continuously learning about each other while trying to figure out what a marriage is, how to be parents, and what it takes to build a life away from home.

    Summary

Paris, 1880s. Christine Daaé came to the Conservatoire to study music, not to haunt it. But when her quiet songs in a riverside hotel draw the attention of an unseen patron, her life begins to blur between the living and the listening. Letters arrive without senders, melodies echo through the walls, and the city itself seems to lean closer to hear her sing.

But her patron’s past is not as silent as he believes, and the echoes that find her voice will carry farther than either of them intends.

A reimagining of The Phantom of the Opera set in its original era.

“Well, well, well…what brings you to my home?” Erik spun around on the bench, eyeing Raoul from where he stood just inside the doorway.

“I need something taken care of.”

Erik’s eyes lit up as he stood up, “Oh well why didn’t you say so sooner? Who is it? I can make it look like an accident if you want me to, or I can make it look like it wasn’t an accident, would you prefer a sucicide or a brutal murder? I can make it bloody too if you–”

“Woah woah woah, I don’t need you to kill anyone!”

    Erik sat back down, “Oh.”
