Summary

While robbing one of the most secure buildings in Central City, he meets one of the only criminals that can challenge him - Leonard Snart. The two team up, but quickly turn from heists to trying to defeat their one common enemy, the biggest threat to crime in Central City.
As they investigate the Flash, they also try to get to the bottom of the accelerator explosion that started it all, along with the man that designed it. But the deeper they dig, the further the mystery goes - further than either of them ever expected.

Although she hears it constantly, Death knows it's not truly her fault when mortals' time comes to pass. She may help ferry them, but she does not kill them - not truly. She may help with the circumstances, she may help nudge them, but she doesn't murder anyone. Her function was the most natural part of every mortal's life. She took joy in her function.

Except it does. All of it does. Everything comes falling down and apart when it's not Dream that's taken by Roderick but Death. And it's Death who suffers his hospitality, and it's Death who is faced with a choice every week to let a man die or save Randall.
Every day, she's called a murderer. Death is not... she won't... but perhaps for Roderick and company, when she is free, she'll make an exception... and she's certain she'll take quite a bit of joy from it.

But that doesn't change that he can't help but dream too of a day of when he is out, able to return to his realm and function... freedom (in a sense) from this glass prison - though... his function... that overwhelming responsibility...

**When Roderick decides on using a spell, as a last ditch effort, to get his son back, he doesn't realize the catastrophic outcome of trying to force an entity of fantasy and reality, one with his own hopes and dreams of freedom, to conform - to create a son reborn.
AKA Roderick accidentally turns Dream into a two year old... and everything falls down from there.

"Orange had suspected the two had been dating for a while now. When Roddy joined the conglomeration it had been like nothing bad had happened between them. It was as if Kyle and Roddy had been attached at the hip. Orange first chalked this up to making up for lost time, but as time went on, this behavior had yet to change.
The two were always next to each other during mealtimes, Roddy trying (and failing) to whisper something into Kyle's ear without half the table they were at hearing, and Kyle giggling at whatever stupid joke Roddy had made soon after. The two frequently sneaked out early from shows, found on social media after devouring some burgers or eating unhealthy amounts of ice cream, not even changed out of their sweat soaked gear. Occasionally they invited Orange to join them, however he declined more often than not, letting the two fulfill their own personal post show rituals together, not wanting to intrude.
So, yes, Orange had come to the conclusion the two were dating. He was happy for them both. He also ignored the tiny bit of his heart that ached when he watched the two, sick of having to watch from the outside."
