Summary
耀天威带着方舟船队消失后，随着新领袖守天成的上台、功能主义思潮成为社会主流思想与《赛博坦大分类法》的颁布，赛博坦渡过了短暂的权力真空，进入了一个社会貌似稳定的虚假繁荣时期。社会矛盾虽然被极力掩盖，但并不意味着不存在，不论是上层众党派的你死我活的权利争斗，还是下层低等分类者对社会的各种不满，都把整个赛博坦填充成了一触即发的火药桶，就差哪个事件最终成为点燃这一切的火星。
某一天，新闻又一次播报了又有一位元老院议员被暗杀。鉴于大众早就对此类新闻习以为常，罗季昂警局的局长奥利安·派克斯原以为这也只是赛博坦日常又一个平常的一天，但随着一位神秘安全局专员到访，要求他配合调查与此事有关的一系列事件，于是，原本被大众极力装作不存在的社会矛盾，就这么渐渐地被推上前台。基于IDW2005混合IDW2019部分设定的混合宇宙，有一天再看铁机巧威完整配件包照片时产生的突发奇想。大概核心CP是OPM吧，后面写到其他CP设定再加标注，我也不知道我组最终会写出什么，我也不知道在写什么，纯胡言乱语，梦到哪写到哪。
试图设定一个标准冷铸火种的真·冷组建上线的安全局特工威震天，具体设定见内文，这么设的原因其实只是为了能成功让威震天读上更多的书……机体是铁机巧原色威的造型，但跟原作不同的是这个技术不涉及任何“再生矿”计划中的任何一种矿石。作者是英文原文读者，因而除了上译版译名外其他译名都不太熟悉，为了防止误解请允许部分作者部分专有名词内容加注释解释。

D-16 uses the pen name Megatron to revolutionise his ideas before being put to work near the core of the planet and ultimately heading off to Maccadam's, which may or may not change the utmost projectory of his life.Oh yeah, he also meets a cogless Orion Pax who's determined to help D-16/Megatron make a change in their functionalist society. However, one gets a cog before the other and causing a slight turmoil in how they view each other's impact.
(Very much IDW-filled with only briefs of TFO in it)
