Summary
This is a crossover between The Eight and Harry Potter. I first came up with the idea when I was re-reading The Eight and realized how much Mireille and Harry have in common. Mireille and Valentine from The Eight attend Beauxbatons during the French Revolution. It begins on Mireille's 11th birthday, when she receives her Beauxbatons letter. Marat is an evil wizard, similar to Voldemort. It's meant to lead up to the Triwizard Tournament of 1792. So far I just have one chapter, but I'm hoping to add more.

Summary
This story, set in 1797, begins in Cambridge with Mireille examining Newton's papers with Blake and Wordsworth, looking for clues to the formula behind the Montglane Service. She receives a letter from Elisa Bonaparte, inviting her to Elisa's wedding in Mombello, Italy. Mireille goes to the wedding, but the bandits who have stolen the White King from the Montglane Service (at the end of Mireille and Elisa and the Island Adventure) follow her there. Mireille and Elisa fight the bandits in order to get the White King back and dispose of it so no one can use it for evil. Mireille also has to confront her guilt over killing Marat.

Mireille visits the Bonapartes in Marseille in 1793, shortly after she kills Marat. Elisa helps her deal with her guilt. Lucien Bonaparte is kidnapped and held on an island along with some pieces from the Montglane Service, and the kidnappers know that Mireille killed Marat. Will Mireille and Elisa be able to rescue him? And will the kidnappers expose Mireille's secret? There's a bit of a romance between Mireille and Lucien Bonaparte, but nothing more than a kiss. This is the sequel to Mireille and Elisa and the Corsican Bandits, but can be read separately. It's part of the series The Adventures of Mireille and Elisa, which will include at least four stories.

This story takes place in 1792, during Mireille's stay with the Bonapartes on Corsica. She receives a message that the White King from the Montglane Service is hidden in a cave which is the lair of a group of bandits. Mireille and Elisa Bonaparte fight the bandits and search for the White King. The story is mostly about the friendship between Mireille and Elisa. There is a hint of a romance between Mireille and Lucien Bonaparte. It goes contrary to some of the "facts" of the novel.

Summary
I was surprised not to see more fan fiction based on The Eight, which is one of my favorite books. This is a story I wrote several years ago. It goes contrary to some of the "facts" of the novel. Mireille returns to Montglane Abbey after traveling to England and tells her adventures to a young woman studying there. It shows how she felt about her actions in July 1793.
