Mark wants Oscar to win. So much so that he'll enlist Sebastian to teach Oscar to play mind games in the way Mark could never really understand for himself. It might be the worst best idea he's ever had. He's so far out of his depth he doesn't even know where he stands anymore. But anything's worth it to help Oscar succeed.
Mark's own thoughts and feelings about both Sebastian and Oscar are nothing to be concerned about. He only has one focus. Winning. Winning in a way he was never able to in his own career.
