The race ended more than half an hour ago but Yunho’s fists were still firmly clenched. He couldn’t stop rewatching the image of Mingi and his sleek black bike zooming overhead of him, electric blue tail lights leaving streaks of light in their wake. The way his spine tensed when he landed in front of Yunho, ass raising then slamming down on his seat to regain control and balance.
Yunho hates him.

He allowed Hongjoong to stare. He allowed Hongjoong to say pretty words. He even allowed their fingers to linger a little too long when Hongjoong would slip him a drink, because Seonghwa liked the attention. He craved the attention. So he would continue to allow these things, with a clear boundary.
Seonghwa would say thank you, but not compliment back. He would dutifully pretend not to notice the phone number scrawled on a napkin. He would artfully change the subject if conversation veered into territories too dangerous to explore. He would choose his words meticulously, carefully, making sure nothing could be perceived as a promise or an invitation.
Because as much as Seonghwa sought out everything Hongjoong was willing to give, Seonghwa, for better or for worse, was already a taken man.
