Summary
What the title and the tags say. I love this character and I wanted to give her a better story. Will it work? Will it die an embarrassing death? Who knows!!
Onto the actual summary.
Lena Luthor knew her family was fucked up. So she set out to right their wrongs and maybe stop them altogether. That's it. That's all she wanted to do. Stop the Luthors, and build her company back up. But then she got sucked into this hero business.
Okay, maybe she shouldn't have gotten paranoid and researched the shit out of everyone in her vicinity. Then she wouldn't have all this information about them. But she just wanted to be sure! And okay, maybe she shouldn't have used her tech to do some of the things she did if she didn't want to be a "hero". But what was she supposed to do?! Just let people suffer?? Just because she did some things that heroes do does NOT mean she is a hero. No sir.
Now that she is mixed up in this, though, she will have to muddle through somehow. That doesn't mean she has to be happy about it. She's gonna bitch about it because there are no perks in being surrounded by either self-righteous idiots or brooding geniuses.
Enter Diana Prince.
Okay... Maybe there are some perks after all. -

When she steps into her new class for the first time, Souko spots Reiko immediately.
There’s nobody else she could be- nobody has ever fitted a name better than the splinter of moonlight sat in the corner of the classroom, with wispy silver hair and bruised shins sticking out the bottom of her school skirt. Reiko stares into the yard with a mild sense of disinterest, her eyes sharp and cat-like and Souko barely hears when she’s asked to introduce herself to the rest of the class.
or; in another universe, souko enrolls in the same school as reiko. somehow, this changes everything.
