Summary
Andrew Minyard is an aspiring artist. The only thing standing between him and the stage is, well, everything. Luckily for him, David Wymack and his gang of outcasts get him a record deal! So, after a dramatic graduation where he cuts ties with his brother and his cousin leaves for Germany, Andrew is officially an artist. Little does he know, life in the spotlight gets him a stray (who is getting cozy with his brother...) and a pretty red-head with icy blue eyes and a sharp tongue and a face for the camera and ties to the mafia and- wait, what was that last one?

Summary
Shortly after going on the run, Neil and Mary settle in Oakland, where Neil strikes up a friendship with Andrew Doe. Years later, they meet again at Palmetto State.

“If you quit wavering and come on, I will make sure you get back fine. Deal?”
Like a bodyguard, Neil thinks. His father has one of those. But Neil doubts this kid can protect him from what's coming after him.
“That's not an easy job,” Neil warns him.
“Look, are you from the suburbs or some shit?” Andrew doesn't bother to wait for an answer. “I’m going. Either follow me or stay here.” With that, he climbs up towards the roof.
"Deal," Neil says, before he can think too hard about it.

The Foxes really are never going to get along. Andrew doesn't know why Abby and Wymack still try, but hey, he respects the effort. Or he would, if he wasn't currently trapped in a suffocatingly awkward reunion in a humid Charleston cafe. Oh great, the coffee is disgusting, too.

Summary
“What are you planning on doing, Andrew?” Wymack asked him, discarding the piles of paperwork littering the desk and turning his full attention to the conversation at hand.
“Going away.” Andrew told him, lighting up a cigarette and wondering the same thing. He hadn’t figured all the details out but that could be rectified by spending a week in Columbia on his own searching for jobs and apartments. He had enough left in the bank from Tildas’ life insurance to secure a lease until he found work. The only question was where he was heading, he wasn’t interested in sticking around Columbia where he could run into his family.
“You only just got off the meds, have you thought this through?” Wymack asked, leaning back in his chair and scrubbing a hand over his thinning hair. “I know Exy has never been the endgame for you, but I thought you’d stick around for the degree.”
Andrew shrugged carelessly. A degree didn’t mean anything unless you had plans to use it and Andrew wasn’t that committed to his future. “Sorry, coach. Exy just isn’t what I needed it to be any longer."
-Neil was never recruited to the Foxes. Now Andrew must face the world without his drugs and he's not impressed.
