Dean scoffs. “Four billion years of earth history in that head, and you don't know what it means when someone's pregnant? Jesus, Cas, lay off the herbs.”
“I know what being pregnant means, in general terms,” Cas retorts. “I'm asking, how's it possible you're pregnant?”
“Well, you see, when a washed-up hunter and a methhead angel love each other very much-”
Cas lets out a noise that's probably supposed to be laughter. It's not the joke he's laughing at.

His brother is dead. His relationship with the father of his child is broken. No one knows he's an omega. And raising a child in this broken world feels next to impossible.
