SPOILERS FOR EPISODE 9!!
' She can’t help her mind wandering though, back to a topic that’s been a frequent visitor in her mind for weeks now, relentlessly pounding against her skull.
Caine had come up to them two months prior, practically glitching with excitement, sharing that they may be able to potentially heal abstraction. He wasn’t positive, but he’d been working closely in the digital files of the Circus lately, giving himself something to do in between their regular activities. He found that the files of their lost friends still existed, but were corrupted, damaged, though fixable, if he was looking at it correctly at least. He couldn’t promise anything, but he had hope that they could actually do something.
This had caused excitement to rise within the group, eyes sparkling and discussion rampant. Voices had overlapped each other, and Pomni couldn’t help the heaviness on her chest of their most recent cast member lost lightening a bit at the positivity of the group, eyes drifting to the large circus tent he resided in most days, when he wasn’t in the aquarium with the others. '

‘ The rabbit stares at her with wide eyes, but nods, lifting her hips a bit to help Pomni remove them. The jester sits there a moment after putting the sweatpants to the side, taking in the view of Jax just sitting in front of her in her tank top and underwear. The gentle curves she gained after her avatar changed are so pretty on her, she can’t look away.
She wonders if Jax realizes how gorgeous she really is, and how much herself she truly looks now.
“Jeez, gawking much?” Jax asks, raising an eyebrow. She looks a bit insecure though, worried gaze under her layer of bravado, and Pomni huffs, cheeks warming.
“I can’t appreciate how good you look?” she asks back, eyebrow raised, and Jax’s face drops, flushing. She smirks lightly, shifting over and pulling Jax’s legs apart, settling herself in the middle of the girl’s spread legs. ‘
Set between chapters 9 and 10 of Rehabilitation, Pomni and Jax enjoy a moment to themselves. (I highly recommend reading the main fic in the series before reading this, if you want to understand how they got here in the first place!)
