Summary
Kim Dokja stares at the illustration, trying to make sense of it. He squints his eyes and turns the illustration upside down and sideways, trying to spot any hidden sign or trace that merits a title as ominous as 'The Calamity', only to come up with nothing.
The few times he has tried to ask about this 'Calamity', the person he asks looks away strangely and sidesteps the question entirely. He does not know why no one will explain the situation to him and why nothing he's come across explains what the Calamity is.
That is what unnerves him the most.
This world is seemingly normal and logical.
Except, it feels like everyone is in on something.
Everyone except himself. It sends shivers through him.
He can't shake the feeling that all these pieces are linked to each other— his transmigration to this world of Ways of Survival, this lotus tattoo that mysteriously appeared on his wrist, and this so-called Calamity.
He swears, though, that he will solve this mystery someday.
Kim Dokja is summoned to a new world to handle a draconic Calamity.

“Take it off.” Joonghyuk growled one day, sick and tired of seeing so much of that creamy skin.
Dokja raised an eyebrow and scoffed, “Why? So you can hoard all the good items? No, thank you.”
“Then at least put on some pants underneath it—shorts, just something!”
Dokja wagged an infuriating finger at him, “No can do. The item specifies I can’t wear anything underneath for the stat boost to work.”
Joonghyuk’s mind went blissfully blank as those words. Was… was Dokja not wearing even underwear?
“You! Just stay away from me when you’re dressed like that.”
Kim Dokja wears a stat boosting minskirt and Yoo Joonghyuk is losing his damn mind over it.

“I think it might be nice to explore Seafeld City a bit more tomorrow in a group,” Dan Heng said casually. “I could invite Sunday along, and you could reach out to Ashveil. Then we can look through some of the bookstores along Seaside Avenue while the two of them…figure it out.”
Chuckling, Blade’s fingers flexed from where they had been resting atop Dan Heng’s abdomen. “I didn’t realize you were in the habit of meddling with the love lives of others.”
