Summary
Park Seonghwa had never been a prince, only a prince's mirror.
Years tending to the palace's sick had taught him to disappear into usefulness, to become absorbed into his profession and not ask questions. He's used to the whispers that trail after him; the uncanny likeness to his prince, an old prophecy of death and court speculations of his lineage. When pirates seize him from a masquerade ball, mistaking him for royalty, Seonghwa doesn't correct them, knowing being held for ransom is better than being a corpse left on the sea floor.
Aboard Captain Hongjoong's ship, the lie was supposed to be simple. The main goal was to survive long enough to be traded, released or forgotten, but Kim Hongjoong is not the kind of man to accept things at face value. As his captive wields words as sharp knives and watches him with a glare filled with ice, Hongjoong wonders who exactly they have smuggled on board, and what happens when that mask finally slips.

Hongjoong, meanwhile, has no intention of letting his newest prisoner slip through his fingers.
Neither intended to trust the other.
Neither expected to need the other.

Summary
Tony Stark was never meant to be a father.
Peter knew it firsthand, after all, he was his son for his first seven years. And now that he's finally free at fourteen, he has no desire to go back to him, even if that means he has to live on the streets by himself.
It's fine anyway, he'd survived worse. He just wished Iron Man would stop being so parental over Spider-Man if he couldn't do the same for Peter.

Summary
After one year of serious dating with Shaoyou who lost his wife five years ago in a tragic car accident, Huayong finally gets to meet the Alpha's son. A nineteen-year-old Alpha named Huasheng, who greeted him with a polite smile at the front door.
Huayong hadn't expected that after Shaoyou was out of sight, those polite masks could turn ugly and terrifying in the blink of an eye.
"You're quite the actor, aren't you?" Huasheng started. His voice was no longer melodic.
Huayong blinked, taken aback. "I ... I’m sorry?"
"Let me make it clear for you, Omega. You can’t replace my mama. You can scent mark my father all you want, but you are a stranger in this house. And you will always be a stranger to me," Huasheng spat the word like a slur. The respectful teenager was gone. In his place was a defensive Alpha protecting a ghost of his mother that Huayong was currently trying to replace. "My father is blinded by a pretty face and a soft scent. Hungry for a simple love after a long time of grieving. So, let's get one thing straight. You’re a guest. A temporary one. I’ll make sure you’re gone from my father's sight, before you even imagined being the wife of this house.”
