Summary
Very good," murmurs Luke. "You are being very good, sunshine."
Ray almost whimpers at the praise, swallowing it down before it can surface. He slowly collects himself, feeling lighter now after everything.
Luke just smiles and draws him closer, wrapping one arm tightly around his shoulders. With the other, he reaches for the black mug with the googly eyes. "Here," he murmurs. "Take a few sips."
Ray curls into Luke's side, smiling faintly as he takes the mug, mumbling a 'thanks' and taking a few sips. The warm tea grounds him. "Sorry again, for... Today."
