Daemon licked his bottom lip in thought. The answer was yes. There was no doubt about it in his mind. Though saying yes would bring a significant change to the rhythm of their everyday lives. That wasn’t necessarily a bad thing.

The widowed Daemon agrees to let his teenage niece, Rhaenyra, stay with him and his daughters. Rhaenyra needs a place to stay, and Daemon needs another pair of hands raising the girls. What starts as an innocent arrangement blooms into so much more.
