Summary
Right as Simon's ship is torn apart at the end of Iron Lung, he is transported through time and space and is dropped off on the floor of the Hail Mary (much to Grace and Rocky's horror and disgust-- the blood is EVERYWHERE!!). When Simon finally comes to, they're going to have to figure out how to live with each other-- and maybe, just maybe, learn how to be friends. (and maybe a little bit more than that...)
This fic also occurs closer to the end of the Hail Mary's voyage back to Erid-- food and resources are getting low. I'd like for them to get there eventually(?) but we'll see how it goes.
This work has silly moments!!!! But it will also be sad and scary!!!!!! They are tiny little beings floating through space!!!!!! I'd be so anxious all the time!!!!!!!!!

Before he could get his name out, the man suddenly lurched forward with a speed that Grace wouldn't expect from someone just waking up from a three-day coma. A burst of pain exploded from his face as the man's fist collided with it, and his glasses went flying across the room. Rocky screeched in alarm as Grace stumbled back a step in complete shock.
“H-holy shit–” Grace cursed, hand covering his nose. He could smell blood as something wet dripped down his lips.
The man was standing now, his eyes crazed and his feet spread apart with his one remaining hand raised in a fist. Grace trembled as Rocky continued to screech in alarm.

They're rightfully terrified of both each other and the situation, and they all work together to find a way to coexist. Summary
Trinity Santos didn’t expect to take in a stray on her first shift, let alone three. Who knew that the man she spent all shift teasing, even deeming him a fitting nickname of ‘Huckleberry’, was living in the hospital? Who knew that the unhoused Huckleberry also had two infant daughters? It was a lot to wrap her head around, but even then, she took them in like a couple of stray kittens.
Unfortunately for Dennis, his secret life was unraveled and revealed a day into his emergency medicine rotation. At least it was just to one person, and not the entire hospital. Who knew his hidden life would be brought to light just a few days later, while he and Trinity were at work? Who knew that after the expose, Michael Robinavitch, who already had a soft spot for Whitaker, would grow further in his feelings?
Who knew that family didn’t entirely need to be made out of blood?

Dennis and his infants move in with Trin after his first shift. After a serious medical scare, Robby decides to help him out.
