It was inevitable.
And so were their feelings, about to clash in the most beautifully magnificent way. Neither of them had ever expected anything to come of their crushes, but here they were.
If Pluto was a planet (and Oikawa demanded it be left as one) then maybe, just maybe, one of them could confess. With the help of some liquid courage, of course!There's something to be said about the synergy between these two, the inevitablity... they fit each other perfectly, like they were always made to be in one another's lives. I love fics wherein Oikawa achieves his goals, no matter what the goal is defined at; he never manages to do so in canon, and I just need that for him. The way that the two boys waltz through life together, fluidly and never in each other's way, is so beautiful to read about.

YaelaTheWordsmith - HaikyuuTattoo artist Ryuunosuke digs into his romantic side to ask out the charming delivery boy at the florist downstairs. Unfortunately, it doesn't quite go according to plan.
This captures the absolute chaos of both Tanaka and Noya’s personalities so beautifully, fleshing out their characters while still maintaining their voices, and in such a short span of words too. Tanaka is so sweet, and maybe a little bit of a nerd, but like a brash nerd which is even cuter. Noya’s just a whole lotta cheeky and I love him for it.
Also Saeko is a national treasure and a chaotic bean and I love her so much.
