    Izuku hummed, offering him a slow smile as he closed those eyes and stretched. He always made cute little noises, tiny squeaks he couldn't hold in. Katsuki held his breath, and, yeah. He was a work of art, that was for sure. Conjuring feelings out of Katsuki even poets would be jealous of, some undiscovered meaning of life that was supposed to be hidden away in the deep. All right there, with a face full of freckles and eyes that dared him to look even closer, see what else he could find.

    Kiss him.

     

    or, Katsuki loves Izuku, and Izuku loves Katsuki. sometimes, it's as simple as that.

    But, this one in particular doesn’t quite follow the same boring formula.
    He’s the star hockey player forced to take an art course. He’s the stubborn art major who just wants one stress-free year.

    And it’s gonna take a lot more than the glasses move and some smooth talking for either of them in this story to budge.

His job is simple on paper: monitor tank conditions, study diet patterns, and stay out of trouble. As Katsuki settles into his new routine, he begins to uncover just how little the world understands about the creatures beneath the surface, and how one in particular seems to understand him a little too well.
