Summary
Every resident of the town of Silvercloud knows that something isn’t quite right about their home. It’s an ancient instinct, a drive for self-preservation, for knowing when you’re being hunted. The Schnee bloodline have preyed upon the citizens of Silvercloud since they helped build the town itself, and Ruby knows that the next scion, Weiss, isn't going to be any different from her predecessors. No matter how much she seems like she wants to be better, or how she shows a level of restraint that should break her just to attempt, deep down she was just as monstrous as all the others of her kind.

Or 'Weiss Would Do Anything to Help Ruby With Her Grades'.
Weiss strongly believes that grades are important. Not everyone agrees with her, but Weiss doesn't let that deter her. She studies hard, and she encourages her team to do the same. Yang and Blake don't always listen, but she can at least rely on her partner to humor her, if nothing else, and sit through worksheets for an hour every few days. There was something different about today, though. Ruby couldn't seem to stay focused! Weiss had vowed to be the best partner ever, and right now that meant figuring out what was distracting Ruby and solving the problem herself.
If Weiss knew what 'solving the problem herself' would mean, she wouldn't have asked. This was insane, she had to put a stop to this! Then again, grades really are important...
