Before the start of a new school year, he met the boy he last saw more than six years ago: his new student Midoriya Izuku. As if the resurfacing memories weren’t enough, Shouta’s mind was already consumed by an old, unsolved case. A string of kidnappings that still haunted him.
But it’s Midoriya who became his newest mystery. If it's not his disrespectful behavior, then it's his reflexive willingness to hurt anything Midoriya saw as a potential threat. Shouta might have been able to dismiss all of this somehow, if it weren't for the fact that Midoriya was just as self-destructive as he was.

Summary
Dabi is doing his best to kill off his past self and move on with his life. He’s working a quiet café job to dodge his family’s drama and forget the person he used to be, but then Shigaraki Tomura walks in. He’s grumpy, wears his attitude like a uniform, and is exactly Dabi’s type…the human equivalent of a bad idea in a hoodie, which is a huge problem.
What starts as snarky banter over coffee orders quickly spirals into late-night texts and an attraction Dabi can't shake off, no matter how hard he tries. Tomura is chaotic and messed up in his own way, and Dabi is terrified of how much he likes it. It’s a messy, slow-burn ride about two damaged people trying to navigate a relationship while carrying enough baggage to sink a ship. Dabi is trying to outrun his past, but he might just have to stop running if he wants to keep Tomura around.

Summary
Thing was, Danny was tired. But who could blame him for his shot reaction time?
He was the sole protector of the town who could go toe-to-toe with some of the heaviest hitting ghosts in the zone, so he couldn't just spread out the ghost fighting to Sam and Tucker. Sure they helped a lot, but ultimately it was up to Danny to keep the ghosts out of Amity Park.
So sometimes, he got lazy. He didn't really pay attention to his surroundings, relying on memory to trek the familiar walk home from school to home. He relied heavily on his ghost sense to keep an eye out for an attack.
And that's why the hand that pulled him to one side got him so easily.
Danny was good at adapting! So he just had to adapt to this new and weird world, and hope that he could find a way to beat up one (1) villain, return his kidnapper's quirk to them, then get home before anyone even notices that he was gone for days to possibly even months! Easy.
...Yeah, he didn't think so either.
