Summary
Ten years after the outbreak, society survives in heavily fortified, bleak quarantine zones run by a militaristic faction (The First Order). Ben Solo is a high-ranking, enforcer captain who handles containment —a nice word for executing infected citizens and hunting down defectors. Rey is a scavenger from the Alderaanian sector, a safe haven built by kylos mother after being "exiled" by snoke after the infected took over. After an unfortunate capture trying to steal supplies, Rey learns she just might be able to end this disaster, and with the help of Kylo, and his squadron "the knights of Ren" they embark on a mission to bring her back to his mother.

Summary
On the lush, magic-steeped world of Takodana, the Shadowed Weald is a place of nightmares. For ten years, the Skywalker bloodline has been silenced by an ancient curse—the men of the house transformed into monstrous wolves upon reaching adulthood, trapped in an obsidian castle that breathes with the malice of the long-dead Arch-Mage Palpatine.
Rey, an orphan raised by the village medicine woman Maz Kanata, has always felt a "thrum" in her blood she couldn't explain. On her twentieth birthday, her Fae powers awaken in a burst of pale green light, pulling her toward the one place she is forbidden to go.
When she is captured by the massive, golden-eyed beast stalking the ruins, she doesn't find a monster—she finds Ben.
To break the curse, Rey must navigate the secrets of her own dark ancestry and a magnetic, spicy tension that threatens to set the forest ablaze. But in a world where blood is a key, she’ll find that only the union of a Palpatine and a Skywalker can finally bring the sun back to Takodana. -

Summary
In the hidden sanctuary of Amsel’s Hollow, light and shadow are never meant to touch. Rey, a young Sun-Fae with a wild, rising power, is forced into a forbidden mentorship with the brooding Master of the Shadow Court, Ben. Under the strict "Rule of Three," any unchaperoned contact is a crime—but the ancient laws can’t suppress the atmospheric tension building between them.
What begins as a "slow burn" training to repair the town’s magical defenses quickly ignites into a high-stakes, secret romance. When their connection manifests as a permanent, silver Soul-Tether, they are forced to choose: hide their bond to survive, or defy the Council and prove that their combined power is the only thing that can truly save their world. This is a story of forbidden magic, the collapse of ancient traditions, and the discovery that shadow doesn't consume the light—it anchors it.

You've seen it. A fic formatted like a classified document. A chapter that looks like a real social media feed. An interactive game, somehow, inside an AO3 work. You clicked the kudos button. You thought: how.
This is the tutorial that answers that.
A beginner-friendly guide to HTML and CSS on AO3 — no prior coding experience required. By the end of this series, you'll know enough to write formatted fics, build your own workskins, style your entire AO3 interface, and maybe make something that makes other people stop and think how.

Summary
Ben Solo was Ten when he met the Kenobi's.
No one talked much about where he came from—only that his parents were dead, and he’d spent the last three years being passed between foster homes, each one less willing to keep him than the last. By the time he arrived, Ben had already learned how to be silent. How to make himself small. How to survive.
Rey was seven.
She smiled at him first.
And Ben never forgot it.
Years pass, and the house becomes theirs—full of secrets, shared glances, and the kind of closeness that leaves no room for anyone else. Rey is sunlight. Ben is the shadow.
They grow together in ways no one notices until it’s too late.
By sixteen and nineteen, the line between love and possession has blurred into something dangerous.
And when the world threatens to pull them apart, Ben begins to understand something terrible:
Some loves don’t save you.
Some swallow you whole.

Summary
Rey Wilson doesn’t necessarily hate Christmas, it’s just that she’s never really enjoyed it. It’s too over the top, too full of the same repetitive music and consumerism.
That’s not to say she doesn’t enjoy some things about the holiday...
So when her new boss —and secret crush— Ben Solo catches her singing in her office, she lies to avoid looking like a grinch. Now she’s agreed to spend the holiday with him and his over-the-top Christmas fanatic family.
A holiday fic inspired by our lovely friend Wilson66 and her unfortunate singing mishap.
