After the "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" events, the heroes receive a help call of girls and boys being held captive by evil traffickers. After an intense battle rescue, they soon find that one of the captive girls is badly damaged and take her to the Benatar spaceship to help her.
The girl, whose name is (yet) unknown, can't talk due to the trauma of the terrible place and is terrified, unsociable and skittish beyond the Guardians, but with time, she starts to form a lightful bond with them, specially with Groot, Mantis and Rocket.
She accepts the risk of being part of the group of Guardians, and soon starts living adventures with them.Series

Until that changes when, in one of their adventures, they find a young teen duck hidden in the ruins of Santa Marta, a hidden destroyed city in Brazil and give food and shelter to her.
Arya Cassidy Santos is an orphan who lose her parents at 6 years old due to an attack of F.O.W.L., and before their death, her mom said to her to keep hidden at all costs, but to be not afraid of anyone who finds and loves her as they both loved Arya. And after 11 years hidden in the ruins of Santa Marta, who was destroyed by the F.O.W.L., the McDuck Family finds her and stay with her, considering Arya part of their family as the days go by in Duckburg.
But Arya, still traumatized for losing everything she loved at a very young age, and leading with deep insecurities, mental health problems and fears, don't trust at all on them at first, but at time, she starts to feel like part of the Ducks and making true friendships and possibly... love for the first time. -
