Summary
“Eddie, what the hell?” Buck held up the box like it was evidence in a murder trial. “For the little ones? Little ones?? Are you serious right now?”
“What? I just thought you might need something… appropriately sized.”
Buck’s jaw dropped, his face a perfect mix of indignation and amusement. “Appropriately sized?”
Eddie shrugged, his smirk growing. “I’m just being practical. Don’t want you to, you know, overpromise and underdeliver.”
“Oh, oh, you did not just say that!?” Buck gasped, standing up and pointing the box at Eddie like a weapon. “I am not small, and you know it.”
Eddie raised an eyebrow, clearly enjoying himself a little too much. “Do I? I mean, I’ve never seen the evidence. For all I know, you’re working with… travel-sized equipment.”
Buck’s eyes flashed with a mix of defiance and mischief, and before Eddie can process what’s happening, Buck’s hands were on the waistband of his jeans. “Oh, you want evidence? Fine. I’ll give you evidence.”
OR
Eddie buys Buck some extra small condoms for his date as a joke which Buck takes as a personal offence and a challenge, having to prove to Eddie just how wrong (and big) he is.

Summary
“We need to talk,” Eddie said quietly, while they waited for the elevator in the hotel lobby. Buck huffed next to him. “No shit, Eddie.”
“Not, uh, not just about that,” he said, and then Buck was looking at him curiously and Eddie almost got cold feet. If he didn't tell him, they weren't married, right?
He pulled out his wallet, carefully turned it over, and let the rings drop into his hand. “About this.”
Buck, to give him credit, took it better than Eddie had. “No..” he whispered, looking horrified. “Noo! We didn't..”Or: Buck and Eddie wake up with a bad hangover, a marriage certificate and more questions than answers. Eddie realizes he has to reevaluate some things, but life gets in the way.

Summary
For the last few months, Eddie would come into their bedroom and see Buck, tucked in with his bedside lamp on, waiting for him.
The bed is colder now, stripped of Buck’s things, stripped of Buck himself.
No faint indentation in the mattress, already warmed by Buck’s weight, by the time Eddie finally climbs in.
No brush of arms and legs as Eddie snuggles under the covers and Buck scoots over to make room. Now it’s just Eddie’s bed again. Vacant. Barren.
Or, Buck has moved out, and Eddie can only see everywhere he's missing
Or or, the touch-starved Eddie fic

Summary
He doesn’t pay them much mind, though, his attention focused intently on Eddie—there’s an unreadable expression on his face. That doesn’t happen often. Buck’s spent years learning the language of Eddie Diaz, becoming fluent in every single look and expression Eddie could throw at him.
He doesn’t know this one.
“You like tulips?” Buck asks.
Eddie almost jumps out of his skin, startled—apparently so deep in thought he’d forgotten Buck was next to him. “Sure. Uh—They’re nice.”
Eddie’s cheeks flush a soft pink, his hands tightening on the handles of the reusable fabric bags as he shrugs a shoulder, attempting to take another step to continue on their travels through the market.
Buck ignores the instinct telling him to let it go, like he often does.
