Summary
Castiel works for the Departure Network, a semi-legal organization dealing in assisted suicides for the terminally ill. When he’s put on Mary Winchester’s case, he meets Dean and Sam. Dean hates Mary’s decision to follow through with the plan and, by extension, hates Castiel. But, as the two get to know each other, something begins to grow between them, and Castiel finds himself breaking the first rule of his job: Don’t get attached.

"And best of all… Mr fell had a SNAKE!!! An honest to goodness, six-foot-long black snake. It was just???? Chilling???? And he seemed unconcerned by it??? He called it Crowley, which is a name and a half, but who am I to judge, I don’t got a snake."
A boy visits the shop, sees Crowley, and promptly posts about it on his Instagram. Who doesn't love a good snake? More people flock to see the mysterious shop, its more mysterious owner, and its more more mysterious snake. Aziraphale has customers???? The horror.
