Clark showed up at the lake house in the middle of the night, feverish, out of control, and terrified of hurting someone. He asked Bruce to chain him up to make sure he wasn't a danger to anyone. It didn't occur to him that bringing himself in close proximity to the person he wanted most while his body was going haywire might not have been his best idea.

Summary
Beautiful flower arrangements keep arriving at the Manor that Alfred keeps displaying tastefully in the many heirloom vases his family have kept and collected. Bruce isn’t aware of their nefarious origins at first, not until Alfred proffers the cards laid neatly out on a silver tray in a delicate fan pattern.
“I believe these are for you, sir. They came with the flower arrangements.”
Bruce, who’s already automatically reaching for them, freezes.

Bruce frowns and tries to focus his swimming vision. Something isn’t right. This isn’t the bright blue and red he’s been mentally preparing for. The material is all wrong and it feels scratchy brushing against his skin. Superman’s suit isn’t scratchy. It’s smooth and comforting to touch; whatever he’s touching isn’t. This isn’t Superman, this is that stranger and his weird suit. It’s- it is-

Summary
Batman had expected a multitude of problems to arise from the presence of Superman.
But he never expected this particular problem - namely, the problem that the Kryptonian's supermodel looks combined with boy scout manner is an irresistible combination. And said Kryptonian can hear the stoic Bat's heartbeat go crazy whenever he is around.
Bruce is horny, Clark has self esteem issues, and Alfred is so done with his employer/son.
