Enraptured by the series of movements proceeding in the combat, Satoru momentarily forgets that this is the renowned Signet user he is colliding against. Amid the chaos of Satoru retreating and advancing, them crashing like the waves of the sonorous Ryūs’, he fails to connect when Geto’s hands hover near his waist, and for the captain, like an instinct forgetting Satoru couldn’t be touched, Geto’s hands come close to circling his waistline.

At the start hadn’t even been aware that he was doing it, but ever since that first meeting, he had kept an eye out for him.
Gon would lean against the railing of the boat on summer afternoons, eyes following the waves, trying desperately to spy a glimpse of that hair below the surface, or the sliver shine of his tail against the sun.
On late nights when he couldn’t sleep, he would open his little port window and stick his head out. The wind would be harsh, it would wake him up and keep his eyes sharp. And he would look. He would search.

Summary

Killua only meant to save a stranger.

Held him down through fevered shivers.
Watched those dark eyes burn through the dim light - not with gratitude, but with hunger.-
"I didn't catch your name," Gon said, eyes narrowed just slightly. "But I want you to remember mine."
Killua swallowed, throat bobbing. "You didn't give it."
Gon smirked faintly - a crooked, half-formed thing, like someone remembering how to do it.
"Gon Freecss."
He let the name sit in the space between them like a blade laid gently on the table.
"You must remember it."
Gon smiled.
