Summary
Hannibal can't be bothered to wait long enough for Will's becoming, taking matters into his own hands much faster than originally intended. What could possibly go wrong with that?
The story diverges from canon in the middle of season 1 episode 10, after Will's first brain scan.
Song inspirations, in no particular order: Stalker's Tango by Autoheart, Animal Impulses by IAMX, and Little Dark Age by MGMT. -

Summary
Tobias Budge is dead, but his serenade is not finished.
Will can still hear the music, an unfinished composition playing somewhere inside his head, and the longer it follows him, the more difficult it becomes to ignore the sense that it is leading him toward something he has yet to understand.
But the music is not the only thing that has followed him home. As the ghost of Tobias Budge joins Garrett Jacob Hobbs, the dead begin to whisper around the edges of Will's reality, urging him to listen.
And to see.

Summary
At Chesapeake Preparatory Academy, brilliance is currency, and morality is a game best played quietly.
Will Graham is a scholarship student- bright, lonely, and perpetually out of step with his gilded classmates. He spends his days hiding behind books and his nights trying not to think too hard about the things he feels and the things he can’t explain.
Then Dr. Hannibal Lecter arrives to teach moral philosophy: elegant, unnervingly kind, and fascinated by the boy who answers his questions a little too honestly.
Private tutoring sessions turn into late-night discussions; discussions turn into something else entirely.
The line between devotion and destruction is as thin as a scalpel’s edge- and Will Graham has always been drawn to sharp things.
